These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the HomeHeros platform during its pilot phase, operated under the domain homehero24.ch ("HomeHeros", "we", "us", "our").
HomeHeros is currently testing and validating its platform concept. Certain features are not yet active.
By accessing or using the HomeHeros platform during the pilot phase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Pilot Phase Status
HomeHeros is currently operating in a pilot and validation phase.
During this phase:
the platform is used to collect expressions of interest,
service providers may apply to join the platform,
job requests may be tested or discussed,
payment processing via the platform is not yet active.
HomeHeros reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue pilot features at any time.
2. Platform Role
HomeHeros operates a digital platform intended to connect private customers with independent individual and professionals ("Service Providers") for clearly defined, short-term home services. “Service Provider” means an independent individual or professional who offers services via the HomeHero24 platform.
During the pilot phase, HomeHeros:
does not process payments,
does not issue invoices,
does not collect platform fees,
does not act as an employer, agent, or contractor.
Any service arrangements discussed during the pilot phase are concluded directly between customers and Professionals, outside the HomeHeros platform.
3. Eligibility
3.1 Users
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Swiss law.
3.2 Service Providers
Service Providers applying during the pilot phase must:
provide truthful and accurate information,
confirm that they can perform services independently,
understand that participation does not guarantee future access to the platform.
HomeHeros may accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.
4. No Payments or Financial Services
During the pilot phase:
HomeHeros does not handle payments,
HomeHeros does not hold customer funds,
HomeHeros does not facilitate payouts,
HomeHeros does not provide escrow or financial services.
Any payments for services agreed between users occur outside the platform and at their own responsibility.
5. No Employment Relationship
HomeHeros does not employ Service Providers and does not offer employment contracts.
Professionals act independently and are solely responsible for:
compliance with legal and regulatory obligations,
taxes and social security,
insurance coverage.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
HomeHeros is not liable for services performed by Professionals,
HomeHeros is not liable for agreements, disputes, or payments between users,
HomeHeros is not liable for damages arising from pilot interactions or testing activities.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Swiss law.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
8. Changes to These Terms
HomeHeros may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply from the date of publication.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the residence of the platform operator, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
